DONATING 1/3 of Taproom sales to EOD Warrior Foundation
RALEIGH – In honor of all military personnel who have lost their lives while serving in the United States Armed Services, Big Boss Brewing Company will be donating a 1/3 of Memorial Day Monday (May 31, 2021) proceeds to EOD Warrior Foundation. The EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) serves the EOD community by providing financial assistance and support to Active-Duty, Reserve and National Guard, Retired and Veteran EOD technicians and their families.
The Big Boss Taproom will be operating normal hours this holiday weekend and is open 3-9pm on Memorial Day Monday.
Staff of Big Boss Brewing look forward to working and bringing awareness to the EOD profession, one of the most dangerous occupations in the military. On average there are over 6,000 brave men and women serving as EOD technicians who willingly put themselves in harms way to protect the lives and property of others

Stratafortress IPA

This is mission #2 of Stratafortress and this one is clocking in at 7.2% ABV and is 42 IBU. It has Strata, Citra, and Azacca in the boil kettle. The dry hop is a copious amount of Strata and a hop blend called Citiva that boasts ripe stone fruit, sweet floral, and soft peach flavors and aroma, as well as tropical fruit and lime character.
